Our annual network provider survey will be available soon! Surveys like this one and our patient post-visit survey help provide insights that strengthen our collaboration and improve care for all members. The following information are areas we’re focusing on for 2023:

How we use survey results

  • Ongoing UnitedHealthcare Hearing Provider Portal improvements and investments
  • Introduction of direct ordering on the UnitedHealthcare Hearing Provider Portal
  • Continue to offer a variety of hearing aid brands
  • Increase in technology with Relate 3.1

These enhancements align with many portal enhancements made in 2022 due to provider feedback. Last year we accomplished the following:

  • Ability to re-verify insurances with the click of a button
  • Developed easier product navigation within the manufacturer search function
