How to revalidate your AHCCCS enrollment

The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) requires you to revalidate your enrollment every 5 years and be actively enrolled in the Provider Enrollment Portal (APEP). You can update your enrollment on the AHCCCS portal

If you have any questions about the process, please email apeptrainingquestions@azahcccs.gov and include the following information:

  • AHCCCS APEP application identification number
  • First and last name
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
