Documents are now stored for 24 months rather than 6.
View all documents or narrow the results by category.
Search by claim number, document name, check number and more from every screen.
Use Advanced Search for multiple filters at once.
Red circles show how many unopened documents are in each folder.
Go to the Document Vault and Paperless Delivery Options page for an interactive guide and other resources, including reference guides, videos and training.
View overall panel status and panel status for each product per line of business, as well as save or print a .pdf file.

Outpatient facility authorizations now default to a 90-day span for the date of service. This will reduce case cancellations and the need to update dates of service for outpatient procedures.
You will be prompted for clinical information when submitting a prior authorization request for certain services. Receiving this information with the initial submission will help us provide quicker decisions.

You can now add comments when submitting referrals for UnitedHealthcare Community Plan members. Any comments will be viewable when checking referral status. This capability already existed in referrals for Medicare members.
