Link Certification

Link Certification

Put the power of self-service in your hands with Link Certification.

Save time, get better documentation and reduce paper by using Link.

Are you using our most powerful online tools? If you aren’t, you should be.

Link’s self-service tools can quickly provide the information care providers, office staff and revenue cycle management companies (RCMs) need for most UnitedHealthcare benefit plans — without the extra step of calling for information.

According to CAQH data, eligibility and claims calls combined average 12 minutes, and the average cost is $5.37 per call1. Eligibility and claims transactions on Link or through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) take less than a minute3 so the savings can really add up.

To help you get the most out of our self-service tools we combined our on-demand trainings into two on-demand certification courses. They’re the perfect way to onboard new employees or retrain existing staff and RCMs can assure potential clients that their associates will work efficiently on their behalf.  Both trainings come with 1.0 CEU unit, so staff can add certifications to their resumes while staying up to date with current technology. And because they’re on-demand, it’s easy to fit them in to your busy schedule.
