The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) requires us to conduct quarterly phone surveys to help ensure the care providers in our network are complying with state appointment availability guidelines. We submit survey results to AHCCCS and the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD).
What you need to do
Please educate your staff on appointment availability guidelines and schedule appointments within these guidelines.
