The Maryland Department of Health (MDH) commissions a survey of primary care providers to measure how well we’re meeting your expectations and needs. UnitedHealthcare’s summary rates are compared to the HealthChoice Aggregate benchmarks and results from the prior year to identify additional areas for improvement.

We’re committed to improving provider satisfaction with the health plan. A UnitedHealthcare work group is currently focused on developing interventions to address key drivers of satisfaction as well as areas identified as of high importance to providers.
