Annual Maryland CAHPS results released

Each year our members are asked to complete the Consumer Assessment of Health Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey to better understand their level of satisfaction with services they receive from our health care professionals. The results from our members are then used to identify strengths and weaknesses. This gives us an opportunity to identify key drivers of success and areas for improvement to increase member satisfaction.
