Each year UnitedHealthcare plan members are asked to complete the Consumer Assessment of Health Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey to better understand their patient experience. The results are used to help health care professionals identify strengths as well as areas of opportunity when it comes to patient experience — with the goal of increasing satisfaction.
