Let’s talk about it: Watch for your patient experience kit

You work hard to provide the best care possible for your patients, our UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage members. By working together, we can help ensure that their perceptions surpass their expectations.

We want to support you in achieving or maintaining a score of 80% or greater in your patient experience scorecards throughout 2021. Because your scores reflect how members recall their conversations with you, we’ve created a special toolkit called “Let’s talk about it.” The toolkit should reach your mailbox between July and August. It features:

  • Patient experience guide: Gain insight into the surveys and scorecards, and how open provider-patient dialogue can help you reach or maintain a score of 80% or greater
  • Your personalized scorecard: See how your patients responded to the survey —included if you had equal to or greater than 10 responses on the patient experience survey
  • Visit checklist tear-off pads: Some kits will include in-office aids to prompt the member to discuss patient experience topics with you.
