Be prepared for new security enhancements to your spectera.com account

Later this year, you will experience new account and login requirements for your spectera.com account. We’ll share more information on these upcoming requirements when it becomes available. To prepare for these updates, we strongly recommend entering a mobile phone number to your spectera.com account today.

To add a mobile phone number:

• Visit Account Management > Security > click the Change button
• After you’ve verified your identity by email, you will receive the option to enter a phone number
• A verification code will be sent to your mobile device, and you’ll need to enter the code in the space provided

Once you have an email and phone number saved to your account, you can choose between the 2 verification options when you need to change your email address, phone number or password on spectera.com.
