AARP Medicare Advantage:

There typically is a plan contribution with AARP Medicare Advantage plans, further reducing the member’s out-of-pocket costs via a copay. AARP Medicare Advantage plan members can’t combine their hearing aid coverage with AARP Hearing Solutions discount.

UnitedHealthcare Medicare Supplement:

UnitedHealthcare Medicare Supplement plans offer benefits that supplement traditional Medicare, but there is no plan contribution. UnitedHealthcare Medicare Supplement members have access to our discounted hearing aid pricing through the AARP Hearing Solutions program and receive an extra $100 off Classic and Premier technology levels.
