Each year, you play an important role in encouraging your patients to stay up to date on their vaccinations, including influenza and COVID-19.

Convincing patients to get vaccinated can be a tough job, but we’re here to support you. We’ve compiled several resources and tools to help you prepare for these important patient conversations.

National resources

  • Immunize.org has standing order templates, screening checklists, toolkits and vaccine information sheets in many languages
  • Cdc.gov/flu has vaccine schedules, guidance and FAQs

  • Vaccine Confidence page: Includes information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that you can give to your patients
  • Self-paced Building COVID-19 Vaccine Confidence guide
  • Telehealth may be a good option for your patients who want to ask vaccine-related questions
