Tennessee Medicaid: Save time and help your patients access specialty care

Does your patient need help getting care from a specialist?

UnitedHealthcare Community Plan network care providers in Tennessee have access to AristaMD, a service that can help make specialty care appointments for members. This service can help save your staff time and help your patients get the specialty care they need.

How it works
If your patient who is UnitedHealthcare Community Plan member needs specialty care, your office can contact AristaMD to help identify a local specialist and schedule the member’s appointment.

AristaMD has access to the same list of local network specialists available on the UnitedHealthcare Provider Directory, and they’re often able to schedule appointments more quickly than provider offices.

AristaMD can help:

  • Schedule face-to-face or telehealth appointments
  • Connect primary care providers (PCPs) with specialists
  • Share data and information between PCPs and specialists to facilitate care coordination

Members do not interact directly with AristaMD and there is no cost to the member or to the provider for these services.
