On Jan. 1, 2024, we’ll be providing benefits for FedEx employees nationwide. This means that you may notice an increase in patients who can access a suite of UnitedHealthcare, Surest and Optum plans and benefits.

What this means for you

Beginning Jan. 1, 2024, you may see an increase in patients who now have access to the following:

• UnitedHealthcare health plans
• Optum behavioral health 
• Optum pharmacy and Optum specialty pharmacy
• Surest (Your Choice)
• Level 2 (a plan designed to support the unique needs of patients with Type 2 diabetes)

Not familiar with Surest?

• Surest is now a UnitedHealthcare company 
• If you participate in commercial UnitedHealthcare Benefit Plans, you automatically participate in Surest Benefit Plans
• Services provided to Surest customers are reimbursed according to your agreement’s commercial payment appendix
