New UHC Complete Plans on Jan. 1, 2027

Florida, Texas and Wisconsin will have UHC Complete Plans

Starting Jan. 1, 2027, we’ll offer new UnitedHealthcare commercial plans, also known as UHC Complete plans, in Florida, Texas and Wisconsin. These plans will be available statewide and are designed to offer a broader provider network for individuals seeking quality care and benefits.

The UHC Complete plans offer coverage for key health benefits such as preventive care, prescriptions, emergency and urgent care, telemedicine and vision services and incentives like a digital fitness program.

What this means for you

To view benefits and eligibility, prior authorization requirements and claims updates for these new UHC Complete plans, visit the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal.
