Get started with TrackIt
Sign in to the Provider Portal and access TrackIt in the following ways:
- Through the Action Required tab on the portal’s welcome screen
- Select TrackIt in the top-right corner of the portal’s upper menu bar

TrackIt alerts and empowers you to:
- View and respond to notifications with 24/7 availability
- Easily monitor and process work that needs attention
- Access documents and add new documentation needed to support your submissions
- Submit missing or required information for prior authorizations, including attachments
- Edit submitted claims that are rejected for billing errors
- Review reconsideration status
- Attach additional requested information to process appeal submissions
- Track expiring referrals and act, as needed
