Starting June 1, we’re the new vision vendor for the UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Idaho Medicaid Plus (IMPlus) program. As a participating provider, you may start seeing these Medicaid members immediately.
A complete summary of the benefit plan in Idaho will be available by June 1, 2025. Be sure to select Idaho in the drop-down menu under State Specific Plan Benefits and Requirements. Please verify member eligibility and benefits prior to rendering services.
Note, you must hold a current Idaho Medicaid identification (ID) number to provide services to Idaho Medicaid members. Visit Idaho Medicaid Health PAS online for additional information regarding the provider enrollment process.
