Our Provider Performance program is one way we work to identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and help give you the tools, information and support you need so you can deliver the very best care to our members.
Our Provider Performance program works to identify network providers who are delivering excellent care and service to our members as well as for instances when program policies or protocols were not met. In those instances, a Provider Care Team Regional Representative may reach out to learn more about why the policy wasn’t followed and discuss any process improvements or barriers that need to be addressed.
