  • Verify and collect out-of-pocket amount for member
  • Receive authorizations faster
  • See what the member sees: access patient referral letter
  • Ability to submit Delivery Receipt for timely payment
  • View a list of referrals and the status of each
  • Register patients in the portal
  • Access to documents and the ability to upload necessary documents
  • Reverify eligibility on select plans
