Make sure you receive your professional fees on time
Submitting the delivery receipt is crucial to ensure your practice can receive its professional fee after the patient’s trial period ends. You can do this easily in our Provider Portal. Be sure you have the member sign and complete this process on the day of the fitting and not after the trial period.
How to submit a delivery receipt
Enter the provider’s name who fit the patient, serial number(s), and battery size, and click on Generate & Sign.
Capture the patient’s electronic signature.
Click on Add Signature & Submit Document. Important: Do not close the window before submitting the patient’s signature.
The document automatically uploads for UnitedHealthcare Hearing to review and process. Please be sure to do this on the day of the fitting. Explore our Provider Portal training module to learn more about this portal feature and others.
