Starting in August, you can access documents that contain your patients’ personally identifiable information securely through:

  • UnitedHealthcare Hearing provider portal
  • Optum Messenger

Any messages sent by UnitedHealthcare Hearing through Optum Messenger will appear in your email and prompt you to sign in or create your Optum Messenger account to access the documents. The documents could include private information about your patients’ membership and referrals from us.
