Each provider will be required to actively use the Provider Portal in 2023. To support the Provider Directory and make it easy for members to find your practice and request an appointment, your demographic information needs to be kept up to date. The process is easy and will help you continue to receive referrals from our team.
Follow these simple steps to review and update your practice’s demographic information:
Any changes that do not need confirmation by UnitedHealthcare Hearing can be made by clicking “Edit” and saving the changes. If you need to make any edits regarding name, address or licensing changes, please create a case to make these edits.
