Are you ready to be an active Provider Portal user in 2023?

Each provider will be required to actively use the Provider Portal in 2023. To support the Provider Directory and make it easy for members to find your practice and request an appointment, your demographic information needs to be kept up to date. The process is easy and will help you continue to receive referrals from our team.

Updating your information

Follow these simple steps to review and update your practice’s demographic information:

  • Sign in at the UnitedHealthcare Hearing Provider Portal
  • Locate your name on the upper right-hand side, hover over your name and click “My Profile
  • Once on your profile, you will be able to view the details of your demographic information in our system

Any changes that do not need confirmation by UnitedHealthcare Hearing can be made by clicking “Edit” and saving the changes. If you need to make any edits regarding name, address or licensing changes, please create a case to make these edits.
