How to verify and attest
There are 4 ways to verify and attest to your demographic information accuracy.
Reminder – 90-day attestation requirements
You are now required to review, update and attest to your demographic data accuracy every 90 days, as outlined in the UnitedHealthcare Administrative Guide and required by the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA). Please see the January 2022 announcement for more details.
Please refer to your Participation Agreement for additional contractual notice requirements that may separately apply.
In most cases, you’ll be notified when it’s time to review your demographic information, based on how you’ve previously verified your data.
