Sticks for Kicks vaccine reward program
This reward program offers Medallion and FAMIS members ages 5–18 incentives for receiving certain vaccines. When members receive a qualifying “stick” (shot), they can earn a $50 gift card to buy “kicks” (shoes) and activewear at Foot Locker. If they get any other qualifying vaccine by June 30, 2022, they can earn a second $50 Foot Locker gift card, up to a total of $100. One Pass™
This fitness program is available at no cost to UnitedHealthcare Community Plan Medallion members ages 18 and older. Members gain access to more than 300 fitness locations in Virginia, and a digital library of more than 20,000 on-demand and livestream classes.
