Updating your medical professional staff roster helps satisfy your contractual requirement to regularly review and approve the care provider information we have about your practice. Having correct information also helps us process and reimburse your claims correctly.
Remember to include nonphysician professionals, such as nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists and physician assistants in your rosters. If you don’t keep your roster updated, we may deny claims or may reimburse claims incorrectly.
