Not able to generate a member confirmation?

We want to remind you to contact us at your state-specific phone numberopen_in_new if you are having trouble generating a member’s confirmation. When this happens, a confirmation may have already been generated for that member by a different office but hasn’t been used yet. 

A confirmation cannot be created if there is one already open. In this instance, providers.eyesynergy.comopen_in_new will show that the member isn’t eligible for services and you aren’t given the option to generate a new confirmation. 

The easiest way to resolve this issue, or any other type of confirmation issue, is to call us directly. Our Customer Service department can help you quickly identify and resolve the issue, allowing you to generate a confirmation for that member.
