The new sub-status message feature on providers.eyesynergy.com brings greater clarity and convenience to your lab order tracking. The sub-status messages are visible on the Materials page and give real-time progress updates on lab orders.
While 95% of orders are completed within 5 business days, some may take longer due to factors like patient-supplied frames or backordered materials. The sub-status messages provide clarity on these exceptions.
Sub-status message examples
- Frame to Follow: The lab is waiting for the patient-supplied frame
- Frame on Backorder: The selected frame is temporarily on backorder
- Frame In: The patient-supplied frame or back-ordered frame has been received, and the order has begun
- Lens on Backorder: The lenses are temporarily on backorder
- Lens In: The back-ordered lenses are in stock, and the order has begun

With this enhancement, you can view specific sub-status messages that explain exactly where your order stands, eliminating the need to reach out to customer service for updates.
