CAHPS/HOS and patient experience

Your interactions with your patients play a key role in their experience and overall health. And your guidance helps them navigate the complex world of health care so they can get timely treatment.

The Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) survey and Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) help provide feedback on your patients’ experience. Using the information from these health care surveys, we can work together to help improve the overall experience for your patients.
