Washington Medicaid: Clinical practice guideline updates
UnitedHealthcare uses evidence-based clinical practice guidelines (CPGs) from nationally recognized sources. Annually, the Medical Technology Assessment Committee (MTAC) meets to review these guidelines.
The changes in the guidelines from year 2021 to 2022 include:
