Updates to the Claims Detail page
See more documents in the Related Documents section
Now you can skip the phone and view more documents in the Related Documents section of the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal Claims Detail page, including:
- Smart Edits
- Pended claim attachments
- Medicare pending
- Medicaid attachments
- Reconsideration attachments
- Appeals attachments
- Virtual card payment statements
These documents are in addition to the provider remittance advice (PRAs) and claim-related letters you’ve previously seen on the page.
The Related Documents section shows you the document category, document type and submission date. Plus, you can download your original submitted documents.
Please note: Health care professionals’ ability to view documents is specific to their role. For example, if you are able to view reconsiderations, you’ll see what reconsideration information was submitted.
