As a reminder, due to the Federal No Surprises Act, you’re required to attest that both your personal and practice demographics are accurate every 90 days on the Provider Portal. This helps your practice continues to receive referrals and be listed in our Provider Directory, allowing members to view and locate your practice.
If your attestation date is approaching or past due, warning messages will display on the portal home page. You can click on the hyperlink within the message to review your information and complete the attestation. If your attestation is current, no messages will appear.
