The Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) requires us to conduct regular surveys to ensure our network of providers are complying with the state appointment availability standards. We submit the survey results to AHCCCS and the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) quarterly.
UnitedHealthcare Community Plan utilizes DialAmerica to complete these surveys. DialAmerica will be calling our provider network, announcing themselves and confirming whether or not your office can schedule appointments according to the AHCCCS appointment availability standards.
Please make sure your staff is aware of the appointment availability standards and that DialAmerica is calling on our behalf.
