New email address for Virginia contract notices

The state of Virginia now requires providers to deliver all contracts, amendments and notices in an electronic format starting Jan. 1, 2026. 

Please submit all notices to UnitedHealthcare via email at UHN_Contract_Notice@uhc.com.

Important note: This email address is to be used only by providers in Virginia or those in Virginia benefit plans to send notices about participation agreements with UnitedHealthcare. UnitedHealthcare will continue sending contracts and amendments electronically through Adobe Acrobat Sign.
