MTM Health managing non-emergency transportation

Starting March 1, 2026, MTM Health will manage all non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) for UnitedHealthcare Community Plan of Florida members. This includes transportation to all covered health care services — appointments, pharmacies, hospitals and more.

How to request a ride

Book online at MTM Link or call 888-777-6528, TTY 711. MTM Health will route calls for members, facilities and health care professionals.
