Pennsylvania Medicaid: Revalidate Medical Assistance enrollment every 5 years

All Medical Assistance (MA) health care professionals must revalidate each service location every 5 years, as required by federal and state regulations.

How to stay compliant and avoid payment or service disruptions

1. Check your revalidation due dates

  • Log in to the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services PROMISe™ portal
  • Go to Provider Services and select Enrollment Summary
  • The revalidation date for each service location appears in the top-right corner of the Enrollment Summary page
  • You may also download an extract of all active service locations linked to your 9-digit provider ID, which includes revalidation dates and other key details

2. Submit your revalidation at least 60 days before the due date
