Roster Management program

If you’re a participating health care professional in the Roster Management program, please work directly with your assigned roster manager to review and verify the accuracy of your practice's data.

My Practice Profile

My Practice Profile lets you verify and attest to the accuracy of practice’s data. UnitedHealthcare shares this information with members to locate your organization.

Verify your data so patients can easily find you

Having accurate data helps connect you with members searching for a health care professional. That’s why it’s important that your practice data and demographic information is always up-to-date.

Topics to review and verify

Here’s the type of information you’ll need to review as you’re verifying your practice data:

  • Address
  • Phone
  • A provider joins/leaves your practice or changes practice location
  • Practice/health care professional email
  • Accepting new patients’ status
  • Plan participation
  • Certifications, affiliations and licenses
  • Specialty
  • Telehealth services
  • Areas of expertise
  • Languages spoken

If you've included additional details about your practice, UnitedHealthcare will also share those details within the provider directory. Additional information can help you to connect you with patients. This can include:

  • Affiliated group name
  • Office hours and website
  • Hospital affiliations
  • Received cultural competency training
  • Medical interpreter services and languages spoken
  • Handicap accessibility

During your review

The details make a difference
When you attest to your practice data, adding details like a suite, building number, hours of operation or telehealth services can help members identify where you are and the additional services you provide.

Confirm all addresses you’re listed under, including suite or building number
Please list health care professionals at the practice locations only if a patient can currently schedule an appointment with the health care professionals at the location. Health care professionals should not be included in the data verification/attestation process if a patient cannot schedule an appointment with the health care professional at the location.

Help ensure your specialty is listed and accurately credentialed in our system
When you don’t tell us what your specialties are, you may miss out on an opportunity to provide quality care for members in your area.

Inform us of education updates
If you’ve completed additional education, obtained new certifications, or completed appropriate credentialing, let us know so we can list your hard work in our provider directories. This can include additional schooling and certifications. Updating your new information is simple and only requires a few clicks.

Practice/health care professional email
Please ensure that the email address currently listed belongs to the correct person to respond to inquiries.
