If you are providing services to an AmeriHealth Caritas member who has transitioned to UnitedHealthcare Community Plan, we have several resources to help you.

If you are a Consumer-Directed Attendant Care (CDAC) provider and new to UnitedHealthcare, there is an easy enrollment process.
