Texas Medicaid: Register for LTSS town hall events
In-person and virtual options available
Looking to learn more about long-term services and supports (LTSS)? Join us this fall for one of our LTSS town hall events. These education events are open to providers who serve UnitedHealthcare Community Plan members, including UnitedHealthcare Connected® (Medicare-Medicaid Plan), STAR Kids and STAR+PLUS Medicaid programs. With 10 in-person events as well as 3 virtual sessions to choose from, you can select the option that works best for you.
What to expect
You'll learn what's new in LTSS care, what's changing and what tools will help simplify your tasks. Topics include:
- Online tools: Get tips on how to verify member eligibility, request prior authorizations and sub clean claims for faster processing through UHCprovider.com and more
- Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): Review requirements and process
- Fraud, waste and abuse: Learn how to identify, report and prevent fraud, waste and abuse
- Critical incident/abuse, neglect and exploitation: Help ensure we are always providing a safe environment for our members
- Value-add services: See additional perks available at no extra cost to eligible members
How to register
Space is limited, but you can register online at any time for one of the following events. Once capacity is reached, we'll keep a waiting list and contact you if a spot becomes available. If you’re unable to attend, please cancel your registration.
