You’ll be a United Hero this year if you achieve the following target scores in 3 categories of the patient experience survey:
We receive these scores from the UnitedHealthcare patient experience surveys2 we conduct with your patients after their visits with you and your team. We then share the results with you to help you understand which areas may need more attention.
Earn 1 Patient Experience Continuing Education (PXE) credit by completing the self-paced Patient Experience interactive guide.
