Recent research highlights that many adults with non-dialysis CKD experience barriers related to food access, affordability, health considerations and available support, even across higher income levels.

 

When you identify members with a social need and don’t have resource information readily at hand, direct them to our Member Service team who can help connect patients to community resources, if available.
