If you experience issues logging in or see outdated information in the provider portal, please clear your browser cache and cookies. This helps refresh stored data and resolve common problems.
Follow these steps based on your browser:
- Google Chrome
- Click the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner
- Go to More tools > Clear browsing data
- Select All time as the time range
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
- Click Clear data
- Microsoft Edge
- Click the 3-dot menu > Settings
- Under Privacy & services, select Choose what to clear
- Check Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data
- Click Clear
- Mozilla Firefox
- Click the menu button > Settings
- Go to Privacy & Security
- Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data
- Select Cached Web Content and click Clear
- Safari (Mac)
- Click Safari > Settings > Privacy
- Click Manage Website Data, select the portal domain, and click Remove
Tip: After clearing your cache, close all browser windows and reopen before logging back in.
