The UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal is your gateway to UnitedHealthcare’s online tools. Use the portal to review the UnitedHealthcare plan of care, health assessment and services provided to members. To sign in, go to UHCprovider.com and click on the Sign In button in the top right corner.
My Practice Profile allows you to submit updates to your demographic data and complete the quarterly attestation, confirming the accuracy of the information. To sign in, go to UHCprovider.com and click on the Sign In button in the top right corner. Then, select the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal tile, then click Manage Practice in the top right corner of the portal, then My Practice Profile.
PreCheck MyScript provides real-time, patient-specific prescription data. To access PreCheck MyScript, sign in by clicking on the Sign In button in the top right corner of UHCprovider.com. Then, select the PreCheck MyScript tile.
We accept retroactive referrals within five calendar days of the first specialist visit. You can use the Referrals capability on the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal to submit referrals. To access Referrals, sign in by clicking on the Sign In button in the top right corner of UHCprovider.com. Then, select the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal tile, then Referrals in the blue ribbon.
