Faster and Easier Credentialing

Onboard Pro allows participating medical groups and clinics to easily submit requests to credential and add new physicians to their tax ID number (TIN) and group contract.

If you simply need to make demographic updates or move a care provider from one group to another, please use your current process.

Helps you save time – Onboard Pro integrates with Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) ProView^®, so you don’t need to re-enter the same information for UnitedHealthcare.
Experience less back and forth – the tool will let you know immediately if additional information is required.
Receive immediate confirmation – a reference number will be emailed to you shortly after your application is received.
Check status 24/7 – your personal dashboard will show the real-time status of every enrollment request you’ve submitted.

Getting Started

Onboard Pro is not yet available to all participating medical groups. To find out if your TIN is eligible, go to the Request for Participation (RFP) portal. After entering your TIN, you’ll either be rerouted to Onboard Pro or you’ll complete your request in RFP.
